CANCELLATION POLICY

At PerfectionbyPres, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations may also require a deposit before booking future appointments.
